Wei-Lin Lee partners with companies at critical growth inflection points to help scale operations and drive long-term value creation. She brings over 20 years of experience across financial services, technology, and consumer businesses as an operator, advisor, and leader.
Most recently, Wei-Lin served as Chief Executive Officer of Xoom, a digital remittance platform operating in more than 130 countries, where she led the company through its next phase of global growth. Prior to Xoom, she was General Manager of PayPal’s Money Movement business, overseeing payment products used by millions of consumers and small businesses worldwide.
Earlier in her career, Wei-Lin was a management consultant at Bain & Company and an attorney at Slaughter and May, a leading Magic Circle law firm in London. She began her professional career advising global companies on strategy, operations, and complex legal matters.
Wei-Lin holds an LLB with first-class honors from the London School of Economics.
